I do follow, but by Feedly.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I am loving English paper piecing but it's so slow. I wonder if there's a faster method that I'm not clued in about. I looked up your your QALand it's intriguing me. However, I'm not always a lover of sampler quilts. Can you tell me more about the designs planned? I don't mean to be a snob but I won't stick with it unless I'm loving it.

    ReplyDelete

  75. I have not spent much time sewing or quilting, so what many would consider "the basics" still give me trouble. Motivation can be one - that's motivation to clear off the table so I have a place to sew! And the other would be machine quilting. I have a small "starter" sewing machine with a very small opening, making it difficult to fit a quilt through as I quilt it up. Each time I think, this is it, I'm done, never again, but then I get to binding, and I love it all over again...

    ReplyDelete
  76. I'm pretty new, so almost everything is a challenge, at least at first, which makes it fun! But I have a heck of a time wrapping my brain around paper piecing...
