Trying to get back into regular posting (and a link party)

I want to get back to regular sewing and posting!

The Ongoing Project List:

1. Starry Bright Sky QAL (2018) - working on future patterns!
2. Art with Disney QAL (2018) - no progress
3. Journaling into my new Leuchtturm 1917 - progress as usual!
4. the 70273 Project - 8 blocks done (see below)
5. Twilters! Bee - Feb blocks done (see below)
6. Pantone 2018, Ultra Violet mini - no progess
7. Improv blocks - 4 blocks done (see below)

The blocks for the Twilter's bee exchage were simple colorful flying geese!

Four more improv "made fabric" that I will use in my textured four patch blocks.

You may notice that the blocks have many more pieces, and this is a good and bad thing...

... it's good because it means that I used up all the big pieces in my scrap bag

... it's bad because it takes me much longer to complete the 6.5'' square!

I think I will stop using the dark blue in few weeks, but I will continue making blocks like these with my scraps because it is a great way to use up scraps and do some mindless easy sewing!!
